Refund policy

We pour care into every batch we make — each product is small-batch, handcrafted, and made with natural ingredients. Because of this, texture, scent, and appearance can vary slightly between batches.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

  • Item must in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated by emailing info@earthwhip.ca before sending any item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged jar, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Final Sale Items

Seasonal or limited-run batches (noted as Final Sale) are not eligible for return or exchange.
