Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Canada. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via tracked standard delivery (3–9 business days).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • $8 flat rate across Ontario

  • Free shipping on orders over $60 (before tax)

  • $15 flat rate for rest of Canada

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 (before tax) Canada outside of Ontario

Local Pickup (Burlington, ON) is available 

Because our balms are handcrafted from home in small batches, we share the exact pickup address after your order is placed — for privacy and a smooth handoff.
